Do you charge for a consultation?

At Ashley L. Brown Law Firm, we never charge for an initial consultation. At the free initial consultation, we will discuss the details of your potential case, the legal process and answer any questions you may have.

We take pride in providing individualized attention to each and every client. You will work directly with attorney Ashley L. Brown, who will take the time to understand your unique circumstances, answer your questions, and keep you informed at every stage of your case.

Does it matter how long I wait to file a lawsuit?

You have a limited amount of time to bring a lawsuit. The statute of limitations for Tennessee injury cases is one year. You’ll have three years for property damage cases, and six years for contract cases. Keep in mind that the filing period will depend on the case type, and your matter might fall into a category not included here.
